We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases and subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
This guarantee applies to:
- Individual course purchases
- Monthly and annual subscription plans
- Course bundles and packages
- Certification programs
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase:

We typically process refunds within 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Courses that have been completed more than 50%
- Certificates that have already been issued
- Gift purchases (refunds must be requested by the original purchaser)
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all courses until the end of your paid period.
If you cancel within the first 30 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.
